Our Standards
Voltaire Philanthropy is committed to fundraising that is legal, open, honest and respectful. We follow the UK-wide Code of Fundraising Practice and uphold the Fundraising Promise.
Update Notice: An updated version of the Code of Fundraising Practice is scheduled to take effect in October 2025. We will continue to follow the revised standards and maintain our commitment to ethical fundraising practices.

If you have a concern about our fundraising practices or wish to make a complaint, we take all feedback seriously and are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

Our Process
- 1. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
- 2. Investigation: We will investigate your concern thoroughly and fairly
- 3. Response: We will provide a full response within 20 working days
- 4. Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution
